That’s why it’s called LOVE

Share ko lang.

Love is something that builds up, blossoms, grows and resides in our hearts.  It is really a wonderful feeling, or shall I say, the most wonderful thing there is. I believe that love does not end - be it love for parents, for brothers & sisters, for friends or for a significant other.   While it may be true that at one point (or perhaps multiple points) in our lives, we do feel that we have fallen in and out of love with a person, I still believe that love does not die out just like that.

If you have once loved the person, the feelings you have had for him/her may gradually subside or may be transformed into another kind of love/feeling but it is something that cannot be eradicated totally.

Luckily, for some, romantic kind of love can change into another form of love, which is the “love for a friend.” This normally happens if there has been some sort of closure with both parties and the two of you make it a point to show that you still care for each other.

Another kind is when we actually thought love isn’t there anymore but actually it lingers, it’s just that it is dormant… waiting to be awakened.  A common example is a budding romance that, for some reason, just did not materialize.  Probably due to some series of unfortunate events, you may have drifted apart and have gone separate ways.  Time and space made you forget about each other but not for long because the very moment you see each other again, that love gets ignited and awakened.

The saddest thing that can happen is when love is turned into hatred.  But as the saying goes “The more you hate, the more you love.”  The only people that can hurt us deeply are the ones whom we love.  The pain is ten times greater than if it was just some kontrabidas in our lives who did us wrong.  I believe that in this case, love still persists; it’s just that it is overshadowed by hatred.

To conclude, I believe that once you have loved a person, you will always love him/her in one way or another.  It may remain as a romantic kind of love and not be aware of it or it may be altered into some other levels/degrees/kinds of love.  A person who has been a special part of one’s life will always have a special place in his/her heart ;)

Mareee!! imishu na.grabe sorry talaga kung di ako nakakapagbloghop or return man ng comments. alam mo naman maliban sa PTC may pinagkakaabalahan rin ako kaya un.

anyways, changed topic.

naku..naniniwala ako jan sa “THE MORE YOU HATE, THE MORE YOU LOVE” na yan. kahit na sabihin mong ayaw mo siya, pero after ilang days, weeks or months..biglang magchachange ung atmosphere haha. ang weird pero totoo. kahit ex mo man un, naging bahagi parin siya ng buhay mo..kasi tandaan mo ung memories, ung love na binigay nyo sa isa’t isa… di un mabubura.
